As we mentioned the other day, here is a Michael Jackson tribute performed by the inmates at Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Phillipines. 2 days after the news that Michael Jackson had passed away, 1,500 inmates at the prison got together and performed this dance. Enjoy!
